These terms are between you (the cleaning firm using PriceSpark) and ReitTech Ltd (company no. 17524384), trading as PriceSpark. By creating a calculator or subscribing you agree to them.

The service

PriceSpark lets you publish an instant price calculator for your cleaning business and receive the leads it produces by email. You can build and preview it without paying.

Pricing and billing

  • Monthly: £29 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
  • Yearly: £290 a year, billed once.
  • Prices are in pounds sterling. There is no setup fee and no per-lead charge.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Launch offer

The first 50 firms to take the yearly plan receive a free one-page website that features their calculator. The offer ends on 31 Dec 2026 or when the places run out, whichever comes first. It applies to the yearly plan only and has no cash value.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and honestly. Do not publish misleading, abusive or illegal content, do not try to disrupt or probe the service, and do not use leads for anything other than dealing with the customer's enquiry. We may suspend a calculator that breaks these rules.

Your prices and quotes

The prices, offers and service areas are set by you. You are responsible for them, for honouring the quotes your calculator shows, and for your own dealings with your customers. We are not a party to any contract between you and your customer.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost jobs or indirect loss.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will say so on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
